Contained within this slideshow are the varied and wild races of the planet of Alaris, a perfect representation of the unique traits that develop under harsh conditions.
While every race has particular abilities that they specialize in, that being isnt denied access to the other magics that exist. While some may come easier than others, anyone can do what they put their minds into learning. This is why the abilities of each race are listed under "Common Magical Abilities." Common things that the races excel in or is unique to them.
Most races will be able to breed and hybridize. In fact, most if not all races on a continent will be able to breed. The big thing is "Are these bodies compatible?" and another is "Would these two cross breed?" You would never find a Maiyaris and a Daevaris having a child because of the god Kaien who created them, and his negative opinions on the Daevaris.
